MB Trading International began as a small parts trading outfit at the Port of Chattogram and has grown into a trusted exporter and importer of second-hand marine equipment — backed by our sister company's bulk shipping operations.
Our Story
MB Trading International
We deal primarily in second-hand marine parts — engines, generators, deck machinery, and engineering spares recovered, inspected, and graded from vessels coming through regional ports. From our base at Majhirghat, Chattogram, we handle both export and import of this equipment for buyers and yards across Asia and beyond.
Every part that enters our inventory is inspected before it's listed. We work directly with ship-breaking yards, vessel operators, and marine engineers to source equipment that still has useful working life left in it — keeping costs down for our buyers without compromising on reliability.
Our location on the Karnaphuli River gives us direct access to the port for fast loading, customs clearance, and onward shipping — whichever direction the cargo is moving.

Under the same ownership group, MB Tradersoperates in the bulk commodity shipping sector — a complementary business that extends our group's presence across the full logistics value chain.
MB Traders specialises in transporting large-volume shipments of construction materials (cement, sand, stone), food grains (wheat, maize), rice, and other agricultural commodities via cargo vessels. Their operations serve both domestic Bangladesh routes and international shipping lanes.
The synergy between our two companies means we understand the maritime business from both sides — as parts suppliers and as ship operators — giving MB Trading International clients unique insight into what vessels truly need.
